Here's my review:
There are basically 3 choices for anyone wanting to make money off YT:
1. Create your own unique videos.
2. Use clips from other peoples videos.
3. Hybrid of the above two.
This method involves #2. When you use this approach you can only use short pieces of other videos in order to avoid copyright claims. The next issue is selecting a niche. You need to find a niche that doesn't have thousands of similar videos to the one you make, but you need to find a niche that is popular.
I won't disclose the niche recommended in this report, but will say that it is an extremely popular niche. Is it overly saturated? Hard to say without putting in the time to test it.
In creating the videos regardless of the approach, you can no longer simply throw them together and expect to get a following. The market is far too competitive these days. You'll need to acquire decent editing skills which include laying down a good soundtrack, working with titles and text, cutting and splicing, etc. The report does a good job of going through these items and giving you the tools you'll need.
If you are new to YT this would be a good place to start.
Thank you!

I don't know why your account got suspended. Maybe you skipped something. Read the guide again.
This is the approach I use: Something of mine + something of someone else...
