can't create email accounts... how you guys solve this problem?

Why does it crash on it's own? Also it won't auto recover. Then when I do start the program again, it forgets all settings....

if you want full features/support buy it. obviously worth the money with proven track record. as for any other issues i dont know as i dont use it.
