Did you look at the download page in your link for this? It appears he did everything right, but the DL page is totally f*cked-up!

I can't tell what is what on this page, so I will download everything while there is still access. it looks like the same downloads over and over again.

What a mess!

I'll sort it later and add it to an AIO download. Direct download pages rarely last for long and I am going to buy this anyway.

It looks like Reilly Labs took The Ultimate Branding Plugin from WPMU, rebranded it and sold it for 5 times what WPMU sells it for ($19.00). WPMU is under the wp GPL 2.0 License and most plugins and themes that fall under this licensing can be repackaged and resold. Of course, WPMU will you tell that it is against their policy, but people are doing it and there is not much they can do. Look up the GPL 2.0 License on google.
