I think everyone's heard of this, but few have ever tried this.
I haven't because I don't know which papers to advertise in!!! SOme will get zero traffic.
I tried with with something similar once and lost $63 dollars on an ad no one went to...
This would be perfect if he gave a string of newspapers and publications that yeild leads.
