The Paleolithic diet is often called the caveman diet, or Paleo diet for
short. This modern nutrition plan takes things back to our evolutionary
roots - it is based on the food our bodies were designed to eat. The
diet is constructed on the presumed dietary habits of early humans,
living during the Paleolithic era. No processed junk, and no unhealthy
additives!
This diet is said to be one of the healthiest diets in existence, and
