I have do this: Go to admin panel: Paypal Options and there write all Paypal settings from SDK_config.ini file.

/Getsy1.14+32mods/FOR-Upload/vendor/paypal/adaptivepayments-sdk-php/config/sdk-config.ini

just copy all paypal settings from there to your admin panel.

Click -Authorize

and all works.

disable paypal and pay with cash

when upload patch 1.15
