Thanks to the OP for sharing.
Personally, the sales page is misleading, and there's really nothing new in this ebook that most of you already know. It's verbose at 131 pages, but it's nothing more than plain old fashioned manual SEO - there's no "secret tricks" to be found anywhere in this. It's just telling you to use the Google Keyword Planner to find keywords, do some manual competitor analysis, and build content in a variety of formats such as blog posts, article marketing, video, etc...
The author appears to have a few screws loose too. He refers to Google's blended search results as "trap doors", then periodically starts referring to them as "tap doors" (???). Then he incorrectly explains that Exact Match refers to your keyword phrase plus or minus some additional words before or after that - which is actually Phrase Match. He then incorrectly suggests you wrap your seed keyword phrases in quotation marks instead of brackets to get the Exact Match search volume estimates from the Keyword Planner. Speaking of quotation marks, he calls them "upside down commas" for some bizarre reason too.
