Since nobody is willing or able to share 2.0+, I did some digging and found version 2.1 - June 10, 2014 floating around. Until someone gets their act together this is the best we have. It includes XML demo content, docs and child theme. The full list changes is available on themeforest page at the bottom.

At least we can all get cracking as when 2.2+ lands- it should update more easily than say going from 1.5 to 2.0. Hope this helps!

this is fake 2.1 from theme 123 they just modified dates its 1.3 and changed the version number to 2.1
