I am looking for a company that will allow mass mailing on their dedicated servers. Our lists are legitimate but we want that safety if something goes wrong. Any recommendations?

Everone list is legit :) anyways if your list is legit then you should have no complaints.
Any good dedicated server will do...what is your budget for this?

My niche is payday loans, so it gets marked as spam from time to time. So i want something that can tolerate some of the complaints (we have no problem removing them).

Just use a company from like russia or china. Then put innerspire on it. Load your spam traps, then load your list. Then hit send.
