In case you've not notice, my post is directed to the jerk who's demanding "where's the damned book" when he's not contributed anything at all from his time here, not to the rest here reading this thread. Not even a
rep point nor a mirror of an existing share.
I've learnt that, if you've nothing to share, it's not a crime. Just help by providing mirror goes a long way to keep shares alive. And, ask nicely, not demand.
