to be extra careful when using Microjob sites make sure to send them to a site like youtube and tell them to sign up via a link under your video or make a facebook page and get them to sign up via that so it looks more legit and you'll be cool

I know this is an old threat, but in case you still not figured anything out, please keep this in mind.
'If you use micro job sites for finding someone to fill out your cpa offers, then there is a huge chance you risk getting a guy who simply will use a proxy and get you banned quickly.. Im thinking in the same way as if you use proxy on adsense accounts.. Huge chance to lose your accounts unless your very careful! Not what i would ever do that, ahhmm.. ;-)
