i have created .gov and .edu profile backlinks (dofollow) 3 days ago but till now i didnt find keyword ranking in google, can someone suggest me where to submit those profile links to index by google quickly

You need to do SEO of this site to get high rank in google.

Pal most good indexing services are paid!
If you use GSA ranker and have some really small project you will be good with GSA Indexer, but other side you have to pay for indexing.
This is just my opinion.!

Right now i have 4 backlinks, and might be it will go upto 10 (max) cause i am gonna create some more links

Its an old school trick !! You just post all of your
backlink url on google + in different posts. another simple
option is just start a wordpress subdomain and post your urls in
different posts !! your URL'S will be indexed in short time..
