Thanks "weavingthoughts". I received a 300-word review copy. My requested keyword is for a very specialized niche, so I provide him additional keywords for referencing worry that the writer may deviated from what I want in the content.
The copy I received is just exactly what I am hoping to see, the writer really go into indepth research and deliver the contents. It is a manual writing and human readable.
It can be used in your money site if you provide enough referencing keywords for him to work on. Generally, if you're using it for your tier 1 or tier 2 sites, you can literally just copy and paste without further editing.

I ordered a 800 Word, Tier 1, article and got a great 1000 Word article, totally what I was looking for.
There was no need for revisions or anything, I could only upload the article to my blog and that is that.
