Yes, I read the setup instructions first before doing anything....

then, I did as it is like you said in the setup instructions file...

After 10 minutes everything is Ready to Start....

Note: before installation turn off or pause your antivirus, otherwise it will not installed or some part of xampp will not work properly...

Quit the skype, if you are in the LOG In of LOg off

You need to purchase your account to access the Video MakerFX. Per account will allow 2 PC only. This is web access even though it has a desktop installer you need to connect to internet.
