Many thanks to the OP for this upload.

However, I had a look at the HTML code of a published page and the on-page SEO is, well, terrible.

No H1, H2, H3 etc...

It did have an H4 header which could be changed and the text size changed etc. The sticky optin form didn't seem to work for me, plus the text I posted in the Wordpress text editor didn't show up in the page at all.

The pages look great, but I doubt whether these pages will seriously rank - could be wrong...

Seems the developer of this plugin needs to do some more work...
