This is not the product the OP is saying it is. It's a download of that spam "Escalate Internet" thing that I've seen spammed around in quite a few places.

Yep, OP has provided a 19 pg ebook from Alex Jeffreys which appears to be no fluff and looks useful just flicking through the first couple pages. Basically - map out a plan and start selling stuff. Thanks and repped - nice share.
