3. Optimize your Video title and descriptions
4 Upload 3 or More videos at a time and buy 10k views for 3-5$ from SEOclerks.com or
Fiverr, split the views and get around 2,000-3,000 per video, use sites like addmefast.com to get the video to over 50+ likes
6. Once you have your views, likes, and some comments it is time to take your video from UNLISTED to PUBLIC
7. Share it on Google+

not a bad method, i think i may just try this, thanks for the share 
i haven't verified this as it's hard to verify but i have done this method before and it seems to me the unlisted method is the same as the listed method. with that said, it has it's drawbacks. if you unlist your video, you aren't going to see what your ranking is so you don't know what is working or not working.
i have never paid for a like in my life on youtube and never had a problem ranking before with other methods which take about a half hour or so per video for good keywords that get traffic and low competition.
because videos are very easy to rank on youtube, overthinking how to rank them is a waste of time. this unlisted method in my opinion is not a trick, it's a drawback.
