You may have a bad archive. I'd recommend you download again and then test the archive. If still a problem then you could always uncompress the file and manually upload it. Hope that helps.
OK, I finally got round to installing this and I initially got the exact same error as serami. But no probs as it is quite easy to sort this out.
1. convert the RAR file to a ZIP file
2. delete the "documentation" folder
3. upload - install - activate
4. job done
This is a great bit of kit that works like a charm. Hope this little nugget of info helps others who may struggle with the installation.
