IMHO it's best use Photoshop bro.

Yes I can confirm Photoshop is the way to edit them. After you unzip the files there are 5 folders with 10 book covers each in psd along with a few other folders with Facebook timeline covers which go nicely with some of the book covers. Every file is a psd so its fully editable in Photoshop.

Also in everyone one of the book cover folders there is a text document with urls of the fonts being used. I believe the text document is the same in every folder.
