In think wordpress it's not the platform to go when you want to create mobile websites. It is when you want to create responsive websites but for mobile ones in the offline world in my personal experience dreamweaver made websites (or html, I just like to work less and faster) are faster to load

I tried this and it's very easy to put out decent sites however I can't get the links to stick ...iow I creates a nice site but none of the buttons click worth a d*** at least on my Galaxy S5
