Hello everyone,
I am starting a new business on Fiverr, and my main gigs are SEO gigs.
I searched online for outsourcing companies, and I tried to recruit workers from Asia through Odesk - but every one I talk with keep saying they do white hat SEO only and I need black hat seo..
Can someone tell me how can I find reliable workers from Asia that don't charge high prices?
