Today My youtube Channel Suspanded or terminated but i dont know why suddenly happens but thats ok my question is
1.can i use or create another Channel in same youtube Acount with Same title Description and tags
2. can use videos with same video title of old one nd description and tags

please clarify me the above question and i will give reps to those who answers me thank u

You need to create a new Youtube account then once account set up you can add a new account to that account called the same as your old account, Yes you can have new videos with same names and tags etc but I would recommend changing slightly to not raise any red flags within youtube. Don't use any of your old videos without changing them to make them unique.

Clearly you have been pinged for copyright material so you need to be extra careful with your new accounts.

Another good reason not to have all our eggs in the big three baskets of Google, Youtube and Facebook.
