I would like to know whether is it legal to sell WSO's (Warrior forum) ebooks?

I have planned to create a sales website and sell internet marketing (money making books).

Another question:- If it is illegal, can i sell after editing them?

Please guide me to start my business!

it depends on what licence the ebooks were sold under, plr/mmr licences yes you can resell most wso ebooks are not for resale thou you need to check each and everyone.
