I can't give an honest review of this guy's products on the Warrior Forum because of all the protections built in for WSO sellers, but I feel I must warn someone, somewhere about this ***** and his attitude problem.

The man comes up with, or pays someone to come up with, some excellent software, can't fault him on that, but his attitude and support just plain suck!

My VA bought me one of his products as a birthday present and she was so proud of what she'd found. He stated in the WSO that it came with two licenses so we installed one on my machine in NC and one on her machine in Toronto, Canada.

We began using the software to contact local businesses to show them their reviews on sites like Yelp, Google +, and many others and our initial results were very promising - IF we built a business using his software.

Then the problems began...she was locked out of the product because the two licenses were on two diverse machines...she contacted their support (if you can call it that) and she was reinstated. So we started getting customers and everything was looking promising until we were locked out again.

Numerous attempts to contact support were ignored and my VA was literally in tears over this, after all, it was her birthday present to me!

I finally took over and after numerous attempts to contact support I sent him a PM in the WF, explaining that we only wanted access to a software we had bought and paid for, explaining that we worked together and giving him our IP addresses so that he could confirm that the two installs were legit.

He became abusive and said this was something that should be submitted to his support, which of course we had already attempted numerous times, and then he said that his "software protection program" indicated that 5 different people had attempted to access it with our license.

This was total bullshit as my VA had to be shown how to even give me access to it, and I hadn't shared it with anyone. But the die was cast, we were locked out of a software we had bought and paid for and his word was law...I lost a viable offline business and he won, for what that was worth.

Don't deal with Mr. Matthew Ianotti...he's an arrogant B****** and doesn't support his products any longer than it takes him to make a quick buck.

I deal fairly with people, and expect the same from others. There's nothing like trying to build a legitimate business and running into a prick like Matthew Ianotti.

Be Warned!

Steve
