You could just use CommentKahuna. It's like a manual Scrapebox. You do searches with it, it fetches sites, and then you click next, fill, submit, next, fill, submit... You setup your profile before (name, email, comment), and can specify PR limits, etc..

I am not really sure but I think it's manual method... For example from the list you copy the first line site:.edu “Log in / create account” and paste in Google search browser... you will get all the sites allowing you to post your link.. go to each and paste your link along with some comments... similarly you will do using all of the footprints...
This is manual method. I don't know any other tool to automate your process... I am sure someone will help you and me too... Till then, have a nice time...

You can use scrapebox. But for this kind of links, it's best not to spam. Try and make it stick with meaningful and useful comments, and do it sparingly.
