I did a quick read through of the main PDF. It is easy to understand, is laid out in a step by step manner, great for a newbie (or someone new to Pinterest). I think the name is slightly misleading as the CPA aspect is not the focus. Overall, seems like a solid strategy with a low up front implementation cost.
