I think you've been 'busted' because he used your profile in his marketing video (unless of course you are the product owner). Have a look at the demo / marketing video and see.
This will be a hard one to get I reckon...but not impossible.

It's the 'latest' in list building apparently. Doesn't frighten people away by immediately asking for their email address. No optin form on the page, just a description of what customer gets with a 'Get Access Now' type button. When they click that, they have to fill in their email address to get the product. Done!
