I would think on the depth of your adult site, but I would suggest actually ready your TOS with Godaddy or contact their support department to find out.
I certainly wouldn't trust the comments on here for the protection of your hosting account. If you lose it due to miss information here, you are done, period.

Yes, godaddy allow legal adult sites.
Rep added. I have normal dating sites, not adult ones, but I want to have a look at this anyway.
Had a peek through this, and I think it's really good. I didn't know about some of the tools in it. You can also apply the techniques to ANY WP blog.
