Update: mrqaidi, 3 posts down worked it, he said: nulled ... check this nulled version. I say: A big Thank You to mrqaidi ! ! !
I tested with php 5.2= no error, but with php 5.3=I saw one error and reversed back to 5.2.
It's working, but , did someone try to test/use payment processors (egold, alertpay, etc . . .) ?
Because if they don't work . . .

But why is the nulled script is only 17.8 mb whereas the original script by the op is 73.9 mb?

I downloaded the op's 73.9 also and found following two folders :

1)original encrypted file with zend
2)mlm builder clean

****hope this might help people save their bandwidth****

this version does not start to install. i upload in binary mode, run the site as http://www.demain.com, but installation vizare not start

in the original mlm_builder.rar I find a folder called "Original encryptes files with zend", with mlm.zip, mlm_angel.zip, mlm_shop.zip and kom_uslugi.doc in it.
I don't know if mlm_angel.zip and mlm_shop.zip are nulled but they may be important files to get some additional functionalities like a shop or whatever.
Did you shed an eye on it , would you if you have some time check them out please, we never know, it might be interesting ?
