the [req] threads clutter the section. if you want to talk to the author you can simply contact him via udemy and you'll have much more chances of getting a coupon... most authors don't visit bbhf, so you have a one in a million chance to get a response...

anyway... doesn't matter... since that's the rule... don't like it... don't use the section....
