I downloaded from both the OP and the "onefineday" post.... In both of them, the file "Fbgcaffine 1.mp4" was corrupted. Does anyone have a non-corrupted version of this mp4 video file?

OK, with the YouTube link given above, I was able to grab the file. Here is how to get a downloadable copy for yourself.

Go to this website:
http://en.savefrom.net/

Paste this link into the download box:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mWEDGMbfq78

Press the download button and wait a few seconds, then when the file info loads, on the right side, click the blue link "MP4 360P" This will open a save to your computer window. Save it and you know have the missing training video.
