This is written in the first post. In my opinion ALL USERS MUST to delete theirs reps from this user. Exist option to Delete Rating. Is not correct to give +rep in exchange for lies ! Only in the last week he collected 91 positive reps ... for NOTHING !! And 123 in last month !
