I am trying to test this, basically you do a google search, then when your link show on the results, right click on it and copy the link.
the go to twitter and paste the link there, post the link to tiwtter, then right L*** that link and paste it after this redirector:

now go to addmefast and use that link for your website hit.
when I go to analytics it shows that traffic comes from google and that is organic

UPDATE:
I am also using a wordpress plugin on one of my sites to redirect the link, WP Dynamic Links , in case that addmefast doesn't like link shorteners.
What you do is create a blog post, make it look real in case they check it to approve it.
once they approve the link then use the plugin to replace the link coming from addmefast
example you told AMF that your are promoting website.com/hitme so when they approve the link you create a cloak link witht the same name "/hitme" to redirect to your twitter link that redirects to your google or yahoo search link.
yes it sounds complicated but it's not, and I assure you that the traffic will show up as organic from the search engines.
