Well i never learned how to get targeted keyword for sites, When ever i need i hire some one from seoclerk to do this for 1 or 2$.

Keyword planer tool is use to find the keyword according to website theme and content.

check your sig mate.

Simple answer, outsource this stuff. Focus on prospecting and getting clients rather than actually doing the work yourself.

BUT if you must, use the good ol keyword planner. (I like the old version but this will do.)
