OMG this is so old. I remember I once had this on my hard drive. If memory serves me right, it's about building a freebie seeker list and getting them to sign up to a PPL offer.
The freebie seekers don't buy anything but you send them to some guru's free offer and this guru pays you around $1 to $3 for the lead if they sign up.
It doesn't seem to be as popular as it once was. I guess it's because the people running the pay-per-lead programs realized that all the freebie seekers signing up to their list weren't worth anything since they're not buyers.
I wouldn't pay to have someone on my list who wants something for nothing either.
