-Go to amazon and grab a relevant, or funny, or whatever with your aff. link
-OR go to cafepress and create a relevant product yourself
- write a post on your gplus page and add the aff link with pic at the end

(PS I don't know if you'll make money with this, but using the trending topics [hashtags] to engage is a solid strategy for gplus as long as you are not spammy, and selling all of the time ).
