the topic says it all i get 30-60 kbps i want to surf faster and download faster any way to do it?
all depends on your line - what you get from your isp, there are some programs/tweaks out there to increse your download/upload , but all in all you cant send or recive more than your line allows.
still can i get those programs?

this is it what @shoxy said that we can't byepass isp line speed ....
