http://accuranktracker.com/ has been solid for me. I've been using it for a while. I'm not sure if it's on here or not, I paid for it and it was worth every penny.

I'm currently using Proranktracker (formely ranktrackerace). It's free for up to 50 keywords and you get emails about twice a day updating your rankings.
