Can anyone tell which autoresponders allows import subscribers list without sending confirmation link?

If you know this, I would be really interested, too.
1and1 do this. But their deliverability is crap. And for that, it simply costs too much money.
unless your using a service to import them.. most aweber and getresponse have a limited number you can import before they need to be confirmed..
best bet is self hosted wordpress auto responder, - just google WP-auto-responder - I use ARWGA - its $27 (one time) for a pro license, unlimited import - there are also free wp plugins which work quite well .
if your doing self hosted I would look at something like sendy or arpreach
