Note there is a space between www .fbautoliker, the forum is taking the www, as a link, when editing the hosts file, do not add a space.
Put any value you like in license field.

i get the same error. host file was modified as described.

My error, forgot to pack the Newsofton.json file in the zip. Will zip it again.
