Please recommend a virtual card service that you used and trust in order to activate a Paypal account. I used a vcc before and Paypal limited that account right after adding the card. Help is much appreciated. Thanks[font=sans-serif].[/font]

From what I know prepaid cards are not accepted by Paypal because they don't have their owner's name. Did you use one to successfully verify a Paypal account?
