So just want to buy cc with pin (all data ) to encode with encoder to a new plastic card and checkout money from atm . but dont know good seller. most of them are scammer . I would like to ask you guys ,

contact a bank... they will provide you CC with pin and all details :)

So you expect someone who steals other ppls CC to be honest with you?

Of course they are going to scam you at the first chance they get.

no there are some people who steal cc are selling theese *marked as SPAM* . I know it.
