After having watched dozen of tutorials about MS at Noble Samurai, Youtube, Vimeo, I am more and more confused! Huh

What are the metrics you use in M.Samurai to determine main and secondary kws for anchor text, name,url,etc. considering Exact Match and Monthly in the Keyword Research panel, please?
