Using it BTW.
Am really interested in how to use the info....I publish children's books, so getting access to these groups would be of great help....
However, when I downloaded only numbers come up...what don't I know?

Those numbers are how fb actually identifies an account. You use them by setting up a fb ad and creating an 'audience'. You can upload a list and it will target just the people whose UID you've put in.
If you can't sell a couple of your books to Mom group UIDs, no one can.
