The numbering of some of the files is off. It either needs them numbered 01 through 19, or all ending the same, _14 like the first file is 01_14. I opted to edit to add/correct the _14 to the file names, and then it extracted without a problem.

You shoud have "VectorsChaPlatignum-bbhf.part03_13.rar." That IS the file you need, just ending with the wrong number of 13 instead of 14.
Rename the files so they have consistency to the numbering pattern and they should extract fine.
For example the files would need to look like this:
VectorsChaPlatignum-bbhf.part01_14.rar
VectorsChaPlatignum-bbhf.part02_14.rar
VectorsChaPlatignum-bbhf.part03_14.rar
etc
or like this
VectorsChaPlatignum-bbhf.part01.rar
VectorsChaPlatignum-bbhf.part02.rar
VectorsChaPlatignum-bbhf.part03.rar
etc
