Thanks for the share newbie, bestmoment and diptafara but this still isn't the whole thing. Looks like still a few PDFs, videos and all .xls spreadsheets missing. Someone got the whole thing?

Video links, pdf, and xls are in #1 link. I put the links inside a .txt file so you can download them by yourself. Better download from my link if you want complete files. Hope that helps !

Review: It's the same old same old (who would have thought).

Gather keywords with Google's keyword planner, setup wordpress, social media accounts and post 1 article/day, then link back to your article through various methods.
No secret methods of course: share your content on twitter/facebook/g+, build links from article directories (he recommends ezinearticles) to your site, create PDF docs from your posts, distribute them through various fiverr gigs, then backlink those PDFs, build link pyramids to the links that go to your site, buy social bookmarks from fiverr, buy high pr links from fiverr, buy youtube videos and traffic gigs from fiverr...well, you get the point.

Once you rank, continue to do these things at a slower pace. And that's it already. Might be good for complete newbs that have never built a website or backlink before and need a painstakingly detailed step by step plan. In summary, this strategy will work for low-medium competitive keywords but forget about conquering anything competitive with it.
