Sell it to make money, give it away to make build a list. Here's one of his brainiac instructions:

"If your aim is to build a list of IM interested people then create an IM product and list it on Udemy. If you’re looking to build a list of subscribers in a different niche say fitness then create a course on that topic"

Was this a WSO? It fits right in with that bullshit.

I don't know NC - even his sales letter pretty much s.ucked!

I don't know if it is completely useless training since I haven't gone through everything yet.

But a slow-loading, low-res video with out-of-synch audio and almost no copy to support the video or the make the pitch?

He needed to call you or me to do the sales letter right.

He got really annoying with 3 upsell/downsell pitches that made him look like a total idiot. His first offer is for a $27 upsell for pre-made videos - then in his second one, he immediately drops the price for the exact same videos by $10! In his third one, he offers you the MRR to sell this for $47!

What a total i.diot!

Worse, he included Todd the Gross as his main pitch man! (This guy totally gives me the creeps!)

Ratta has done WSOs before (one or two were posted here) and they was worse than this. He was hawking his own video creation services, which I wouldn't buy even if I was a newbie.

I agree - this looks like typical WSO BS!

I actually think he knows how to make videos - he just can't make a decent one to save his life! He has ZERO feel for how to produce a decent one.

I have not seen one usable video from him yet! They all look like kiddie videos (like I said above).

But you raise a good point I am seeing a lot. Have you noticed that lots of these former WSO-only guys are making direct pitches now instead of using WSOs to sell their s.hit?

This is becoming an interesting trend. I am seeing too many of these for it to be a fluke. Is the WF and WSO falling out of favor?

Might be - and worth watching!

AT least it has educational value on how NOT to market!

I'm not a video guy, maybe someone else can help ya there. I will say this though - Learn and USE fundamental copywriting and marketing in your script and tie in "persuasive" stories to whatever you are pitching. Get your prospect to imagine using your product to solve their problems, free their time, make money or whatever the hell else it does.

Watch a lot of direct response TV ads. Seriously, they spend millions upon millions of dollars testing. Take that trial and error wisdom to the bank.

If you're talking making training vids etc. Check out Articulate.
