Often a bit of tolerance helps everyone to progress.
One tip that I found interesting to acquire more tolerance, is to count up to 10 before to express my intemperance (sometimes, though, I had to count up to 1000 LOL)
About the book, I'm still reading it and really hope it will help.
I'm not a SEO genius and I have a lot to learn about it.
