Late in the day and week is when the most retweets occur
Weekends are best for Facebook sharing
Blog on the weekends for a higher number of comments
Blog early in the morning for a higher number of links

I can make use of all the above and hopoe therte is more nuggets in the book.

Wednesday and Thursdays are prime time to post on facebook based on my experience.
