I am over windows 7
Click on start button and type "firewall" in it and hit enter.
You would be redirected to "Windows firewall with Advanced Security".
Click Outbound rule in left then click new rule in right
Program > Path to main exe file of program > Block the connection
Click Inbound rule in left then click new rule in right
Program > Path to main exe file of program > Block the connection
Finally, you are done...

Its totally on experiments because sometime there is different program for checking keys but you can easily find it .

I am writing this because i found one post here about adobe photoshop is blocked each time and listen what it works smothly with Adobe PS CS6
