Click on start button and type "firewall" in it and hit enter.

You would be redirected to "Windows firewall with Advanced Security".

Click Outbound rule in left then click new rule in right

Program > Path to main exe file of program > Block the connection

Click Inbound rule in left then click new rule in right

Program > Path to main exe file of program > Block the connection

Cool

Finally, you are done...

Thanks with reps What do you mean without browser? Download program from internet then d/c and wk this . Would be cool if we posted which programs this technique works with.

Internet explorer based softwares hard to trick them like this :)

I prefer to proxy all the traffic through a virtual bridge and control what's out and what's in :)
